TNG Consulting announces new hiring of consultants

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Oct. 1, 2021 / PRNewswire / – TNG Consulting LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of several new members of the consulting team to continue its benchmark service in risk management solutions strategic to higher education institutions, K-12 schools and districts, and workplaces. TNG’s team of consultants bring expertise, passion and integrity to every engagement, from proactive security efforts and incident response to creating policies and procedures for long-term impact.

Alisha Carter Harris, MS, joined TNG as a consultant. Carter Harris has extensive experience in upholding civil rights / equal opportunity and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining TNG, she was an employee relations associate at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where she investigated employment-related complaints filed by employees at all levels of the company. Carter Harris holds a BS in Criminal Justice and an MS in Legal Studies from the University of California, Pennsylvania.

Tim Cason, M.Ed., joined TNG as a consultant. Previously, Cason served as Director of Student Conduct and Prevention Education and Assistant Title IX Coordinator for the Trinity River Campus of Tarrant County College, a community college in Fort Worth, Texas. Cason holds a BS in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.

Haven L. Hart, Ph.D., M.Ed., joined TNG as Director of Client Success, where she works with consultants, business development and clients to ensure excellent results. Hart is a career higher education professional with over 30 years of experience in the administration of student affairs. She most recently served as Assistant Vice President for Student Development at Auburn University, where she oversaw Career Services and Co-operative Education, Greek Life, Health Promotion Services and Wellness, the Accessibility Office, Auburn Cares and Student Conduct. Previously, she was Vice President of Student Affairs at Coastal Carolina University, Dean of Students at Converse College, and Associate Director of Student Life at the University of Alabama. Hart holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a master’s degree in education. in Guidance and Counseling from Clemson University and a PhD. in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University.

Jeanne M. Meyer, MS, MSEd., JD, joined TNG as a consultant. Meyer has focused his career on advocacy and working with victims of sexual violence. During part of her service in the US Navy, she worked as a federal agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service investigating sex crimes and child abuse and testifying in federal and state courts. Prior to joining TNG, Meyer headed the Student Conduct Office at Northern Illinois University for ten years and chaired the university’s Behavioral Intervention Team. Meyer holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Jacksonville, an MA in Criminal Justice Administration from Chaminade University, and an MSEd. in Consulting and JD from Northern Illinois University.

Mikiba Morehead, MA, Ed.D., joined TNG as a consultant. Prior to joining TNG, Morehead was Title IX Coordinator and Director of Disabled Student Services at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, Director of Community Standards at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Program Coordinator for Student Conduct. at Texas A&M University. Morehead holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville, and an Ed.D. in Education, Ethical Leadership from the University of St. Thomas – Houston.
