Kantar hires a board leader

September 6, 2022

Kantar has appointed Natalie Vander Vorst to lead its UK consultancy practice, which advises brands on business and marketing strategies.

The 150-strong consulting practice combines consulting skills and experience with the breadth and depth of data and analytics available in Kantar to get a “complete view” of customer journeys and performance. This is used to advise clients on demand generation, brand and creative positioning, sustainability, retail optimization and organizational performance.

Vander Vorst (pictured) has worked at Publicis Groupe for eight years, advising companies on marketing and digital transformation, brand building and revenue opportunities in challenging markets. She led PG One, an agency dedicated to Publicis Groupe’s largest client, Procter & Gamble, developing new ways to analyze consumer behavior to help improve business performance. Before Publicis, she spent ten years at WPP; and she also has customer-side experience working with major retailers, using shopper insights to drive category sales.

Amy Cashman, Executive Managing Director of the Insights Division, UK & Ireland, comments: “Natalie brings a real depth of talent and expertise to lead our advisory practice, adding to an already strong team. She is uniquely placed to help businesses through the difficult times ahead, as the cost of living crisis deepens and people’s habits and behavior continue to change. Now more than ever, clients are looking for clear, data-driven, actionable advice that will help them not only survive, but also thrive in business.”

In January, former Added Value UK deputy managing director Paul Cowper returned to Kantar as a senior partner in the consultancy practice.
